Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating (extra), air-conditioning (extra). Balcony 4 m2. Deck chairs. Facilities: mosquito net, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. No internal connecting door between the floors. One shower/WC on the ground floor is located outside the house. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.
