Gaschurn im Montafon: Very luxurious chalet "Montafon". In a central position, 900 m from the skiing area. For shared use: large terraced garden, lawn for sunbathing. Parking (for 5 cars, limited number of spaces). Grocery 500 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 100 m. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 100 m, mountain railway, slopes, ski rental, ski school 900 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). There is a car e-charging station available (€ 18.00 per charge).

10-room chalet on 3 levels. Very modern and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. 2 rooms, each room with (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Living room with TV (flat screen). Dining room. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Underfloor heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (5 cars). Please note: 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. From the large sun terrace you can really enjoy the snowy mountains in the evening light. Up to 12 people, there are 4 bedrooms. Up to 24 people, there are 8 bedrooms. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.
