In the hamlet Antignano, 5 km from the centre of Livorno, 18 km from the centre of Castiglioncello, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 3 km from the sea. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (above ground) with privacy (7 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine (for shared use).
