New and high-quality apartment in a semi-detached house in Iso-Syöte tourist center, many kinds of routes (skiing, snowmobile and jogging) nearby. 100 m to the ski trail network, about a kilometer to the ski slopes, hotel and other services. Lamel log-built semi-detached house, completed in 2022. Living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, both with two beds, two beds in the loft, sauna, washroom/WC, separate WC, storage and covered terrace. Semi-detached house is located on the lower slope of the fell in a new area of holiday cabins. A neighboring cabin is still under construction. 2 km to the top of the fell along the road, 1.5 km to the border of the national park, 3 km to the nature center. Lake Luppovesi, public swimming beach 1,5 km. Ski resort Pikku-Syöte 4,8 km. In spring and winter, there is a ski bus from Oulu to Iso-Syöte every day. It drives via Oulu airport. On weekdays, there is a bus from Pudasjärvi to Iso-Syöte and back. Please the schedules of both busses in advance!
