Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift, ski school 500 m, cross country ski track 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schigebiet Matrei-Kals 14 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
