This beautifully kept 3 bedroom villa is spacious both inside and outside and furnished to a very high standard. Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, it is within 10 minutes walk of both Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.Inside, the villa has a very modern yet comfortable design. The living area has leather sofas, a widescreen TV and dining table seating 6 persons. There is also an open fireplace for use during the winter months. The large open plan kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with modern appliances.
