190 km north from Jyväskylä, 170 km south from Oulu, lake Pyhäjärvi 600 m (length of the lake is 27 km and width 9 km), no own beach, no view to the lake, location by the road in an old shop building. Public beach, lean-to and campfire site on the beach (distance 600 m). School and outdoor ice rink in the neighborhood. Owner rents out a motor boat (10 hv, steering wheel, client has to bring petrol). The apartment is located on the upper floor of an old shop building, stairs to the upper floor. Livingroom/ kitchen, four bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with beds for two, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, fourth bedroom with 3 single beds, sauna and wash room/toilet. A room with fireplace (single bed), 2 balconies. Please note that apartment is maximum for 9 adults. By separate agreement maximum 11 persons is possible when there is also children included. Security fee 150 €. Payment in cash. Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers Low-priced apartment, equipped with amenities, suitable base camp for trips around Pyhäjärvi. Traffic noise can be heard because of the location next to the road. There used to be a fuel station in the building and fuel pumps are still in the yard (not in use anymore). A moveable hot tub for rent. Contact owner for availability. Price is 90 e/time (pre-heated), 150 e/2 days, additional days 50 e/day (client heats it). Small game hunting license for owner's lands is included in the price, hunting areas are located in 5 - 40 km distance from the apartment. Maps of the areas are available in the apartment. State owned land's hunting areas Korpihovi and Riikinhovi are located about 20 km distance. Fishing in Lake Pyhäjärvi using one lure by fisheries management fee (www.eraluvat.fi/en/fishing). The fisherman must check the fishing restrictions at www.kalastusrajoitus.fi! Licenses for trap fishing from R-kiosk. Services in Pyhäsalmi centre (shops, restaurants) about 10 km. Vaskikello metall bell collection in Vaskikello cafe-restaurant/souvenir shop 16 km, ABC-station 16 km, bowling 13 km, public indoor swimming pool 13 km, golf course 3 km, illuminated cross country skiing track 30 m. Toboggan slide kept up bu the owner 5 km.
