40 km northeast of Kuusamo, 50 m to lake Suorajärvi, sand bottom (hard, shallow, suits for children), own beach, two boats. Firm log building built in the 1940s, fully renovated in 2001, entrance, large living room, kitchen (with both wood-fired and electric stove), bedroom downstairs (double bed), sauna (electric), utility room (desiccator, planes, washing machine), 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 beds in each. Large living room (TV, armchairs, table), where 3 beds and 2 sofa beds, toilette also upstairs. Outbuilding (with electricity) with double bed downstairs, 3 beds upstairs.Outbuilding not used in winter. Idyllic chimneyless sauna at the beach (extra fee). A classy big farmhouse, peaceful environment, a gently slanting slope to the beach. No neighbours in sight, an own sandpit in front of the house, cowshed and other buildings in yard look fantastic from the outside. House is suitable for big groups, long-term rentals, family meetings, also for families with children etc. We recommend you to book final cleaning.
