Completely renovated and renewed house in a beautiful location by the lake. Suitable for a quality beach holiday as well as a base for wilderness activities. Inside beautiful log walls, high speed fiber optical Internet connection. 80 km to the southeast from Rovaniemi, 20 km to the north from Ranua center, lake Toljanjärvi 15 m (length 3.5 km, width 1.5 km), pier, water depth at the end of the pier is 1.5 - 2 m, also a shallow sand beach, rowing boat. Log house, built in 1949, renovated and renewed in 2020. Living room / kitchen has sofa bed, 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, each with 3 beds, spreadable bed (width 140 cm) in the sleeping alcove ground floor, sauna, washroom, separate WC and a utility room. On the upper floor, there is also lobby with extra bed, balcony (access from the bedroom), WC and shower. Owner rents traditional wood-heated lakeside sauna during June-November. Cold waterpipe, water should be heated by wood (no shower). Owner rents also electric outboard motor. There is also a baking oven in connection with the heat storing fireplace in the living room. Pets are not allowed inside, but there is a fence and doghouse in the yard. Fishing: River Simojoki flows through lake Toljanjärvi. Permit area of Simojoki, Ranua 2580 covers that part of river Simojoki, which runs in the municipality of Ranua (www.eraluvat.fi). Simojärvi, well-known for its trout stock, is about 35 km away, see destination 2587 Simojärvi (www.eraluvat.fi). Hunting: Small game hunting area on state owned lands: 2619 Ranua (www.eraluvat.fi). Permits for small game hunting are also available for the lands regulated by local hunting club (Toljan Erä), more information from the owner. Shops, restaurants and fuel sales in Ranua, 21 km. Ranua Zoo 18 km.
