Holiday village "Seepark Kirchheim". Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Kirchheim, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, on the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, parking at the house. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 4 km, bakery 4 km, café, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Bad Hersfeld" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, tennis 10 km, minigolf 15 km, walking paths from the house 300 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The Seepark is divided into four “villages” with a total of 139 holiday homes, which are grouped around the reservoir (10 hectares of water, bathing, water skiing, sunbathing area). Route around lake is ideal for walking and jogging.

Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room 22 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), wood-burning stove and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace, to the patio. 1 room 12 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen 8 m2 (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 2 rooms 10 m2, with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. Electric heating. Small balcony 5 m2, large terrace 20 m2 partly roofed, patio, lawn 200 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the lake and the forest. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, hair dryer, logs (extra), baby changing unit. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. On the ground floor, the rooms are connected by stairs (mezzanine). Opaque terrace. Family games and small animal enclosures for indoors and outdoors as well as a hammock available. Distance to the reservoir: 200 m.
