Holiday village "Seepark Kirchheim". Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Kirchheim, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, on the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, parking at the house. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 4 km, bakery 4 km, café, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Bad Hersfeld" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, tennis 10 km, minigolf 15 km, walking paths from the house 300 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The Seepark is divided into four “villages” with a total of 139 holiday homes, which are grouped around the reservoir (10 hectares of water, bathing, water skiing, sunbathing area). Route around lake is ideal for walking and jogging.

Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 2 rooms 10 m2, with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms 10 m2, with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds (70 cm, length 160 cm), hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC with corner bath. Gas heating, boiler (100 litres). Small balcony 5 m2, terrace 20 m2 partly roofed, lawn 200 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, hair dryer, baby changing unit. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
