In a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach, located by a road, in the countryside. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden. Terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi (all included). Parking at the house.
