Private: small garden 70 m2 with wildlife garden and flowers, natural garden 100 m2 (fenced). In the house: WiFi, billiard table. 100 m footpath to the house. Parking, public parking 100 m. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach "Forte dei Marmi" 15 km. Nearby attractions: Pietrasanta 17 km, Viareggio 24 km, Lucca 49 km, Pisa 64 km, Firenze 141 m, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 81 km. Small living room with TV and flat screen. Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), box-room. View of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included.
