65 km north-west of Tampere, lake Nerkoonjärvi 30 m, hard, gently sloping sandy beach, boat. There is also deeper part in the beach. Wooden villa built 2005, living room extra beds for two, kitchen section, bedroom with double bed and a cot (baby's travel bed), bedroom with sofa bed for 2, shower room with 2 showers, sauna (ever-ready electric stove), utility room, entrance hall and terrace. Separate lakeside sauna and barbecue hut. Lakeside sauna has not electricity and can be used from spring till early autumn (not during cold times). In the steam room there is water tank in stove for heating the water. There is a cold water tap, but no shower. There is also a dressing room. The villa has WLAN Internet access, Blu Ray player and electric grill. There is geothermal underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation and air-source heat pump in the villa. Large flat grassy child-friendly yard. There is swing and sand box for children. There is a marked nature trail near the plot. The trail cannot be used in winter, because snow plowing from the trail is not done. By separate agreement / separate price one can possibly rent snow mobile during winter and electric out board motor for boat during summer from the owner.
