Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the sea. Solar energy. Electricity via solar collector which is therefore dependant on the weather. Electrical devices with more than 12 V cannot be operated in this house. Restricted usage of electric devices (e.g. mobile phones, laptops, etc.). The fridge and the oven are gas-powered. Hot water preparation via gas system.
