Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the centre 150 m from the centre of Etables-sur-Mer, 13 km from the centre of St. Brieuc, 68 km from the centre of Lannion, in a quiet position, 800 m from the sea. Private: garden 1'100 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, courtyard, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 200 m, grocery 150 m, supermarket 2.8 km, restaurant 200 m, café 100 m, sandy beach 1 km. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 6 km, sailing school 4 km, tennis 850 m, walking paths from the house 1.5 km.

Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. (steep stair) with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Heating. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, the annex will not be available for use.
