Villa built in 2006, living room-kitchen, bedroom with double bed on the ground floor, three bedrooms on the upper floor; first one with 3 beds, second with 2 beds, third with 1 bed and 120 cm wide bed. In addition, there is living area and spacious walk-in closet with a spare bed on the upper floor. Dressing room, washroom, electric sauna, utility room and office on the ground floor. Terrace, balcony and two porches. Villa is made of deadwood-patterned concrete elements. This destination is unique, designed for Koli Holiday Home Fair held in 2006. Villa is located in Loma-Koli holiday area. There are separate fridge and separate freezer in the kitchen + combined fridge-freezer in the hall. Ukko-Koli ski slopes 8,5 km. Owner is entitled to charge a security deposit of €150 from the client in advance to cover possible damages or the non-performance of obligations on the part of the client. The owner will return the security deposit to the client's bank account after the reservation. Damage repairs and the cost of extra cleaning may be deducted from the security deposit. Reservation starts at 16.00 and ends at 12.00 (also weekend reservations).
