15 km south of Porvoo, Gulf of Finland 40 m, deep clay bottom, jetty and own boat. A two-storey wooden villa 2012 On the ground floor: living room (TV), kitchen, bedroom with double bed and one separate bed, shower room / WC, utility room (washing machine and dryer). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with double bed in each, lounge with sofa bed and TV, toilet, sauna (electric stove), washroom 2 showers, dressing room, balcony. Upstairs awning and air source heat pump. Under floor heating throughout the villa. The villa has spacious bedrooms. Child safety gate at the lower end of the stairs. Barbecue hut. Garage for two cars. Cot = baby's travel bed. High chair. Wi-Fi connection. Solar energy is also used to heat the villa. The reservation includes 3 wooden baskets of firewood. A wood-fired hot tub (8-seater) for rent. The tub can be rented during first of June till first of November. Rental fee of hot tub is 250 euros./weekend or 350 euros/week. The hot tub is rented pre-filled and heated (warmed up on arrival day at 4 o'clock, the customer carries out further heating of hot tub itself). 3 carrying baskets of firewood and towels are included the price. Booking of hot tub must be done two weeks before the arrival date. In addition there is a motorboat for rent from the 1st of May till the end of September (registered for 5 persons, 15 horsepower engine). Rent is 220.00 euros per day including a 10 liter fuel tank and life jackets for 5 people. The reservation must be made no later than two weeks in advance and at the same time must be informed the day when the boat is rented. Cozy and spacious villa on the island of Kråkö by the sea. There is a bridge connection to the island. Haikko Manor is on the opposite shore. There is also two large sea side terraces, where you can enjoy the sun throughout the day. Front yard of the villa is large and it is suitable for eg. different games. In the summer customers can find some games in the villa (eg. Mölkky, croquet, badminton game). Starting from June 2017 there is also a sand box for children to play in. The front garden has outdoor lights with twilight. Boat trip to Haikko Manor is approx. 800 m. The manor has a free public pier. Behind the villa's backyard there is country road, which is not a major inconvenience. On the Kråkö island there has been a tradition to built wooden boats. In past there has been over 20 boat builders at best times. There is a boat carving museum on the island. The museum is possible to visit only by separate agreement / payment. Summer Market every Friday about 4 km away (at 15 - 18.00). Porvoo 15 km. Porvoo Golf course 17 km, Rönnäs golf course 17 km, Virvik golf course 21 km. Kokonniemi small ski resort 18 km. Helsinki 60 km, Loviisa 50 km, Kotka 80 km. Villa's owner speaks Swedish, Finnish, English, German and some Spanish. Security deposit payment 200 € in cash upon arrival.
