Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, railway station "Asti" 15 km. Golf course 18 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
