For shared use: property 3 ha (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees, 2 swimming pools (25 x 12 m, 100 m2, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, beach volleyball, children's playground. In the complex: bar, WiFi, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Open kitchen (Gas stove, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 small room with 2 sleeping facilities. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Balcony, terrace roofed, small garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot. Reserved parking (1 car) at the house. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included.
