Large, child friendly holiday village "Villaggio San Francesco 5*". In the district of Duna Verde 9 km from the centre of Caorle, 4 km from the centre of Eraclea Mare, 66 km from the centre of Venezia, 250 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: property 32 ha (fenced), 9 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Children's pool, slide, outdoor shower, hot tub, tennis, floodlit (extra), basketball, boccia, volleyball, beach volleyball, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, bistro, shopping facilities, boutique, kiosk, bicycle rental. Public parking on the road. Central parking spaces. Railway station "San Donà (Venezia-Trieste)" 28 km, sandy beach, public bathing area 250 m. Please note: entertainment in the season. Suitable for families. 4 pool areas with a total of 9 pools, some with water games, waterfalls, 2 with separate children's pool, 1 with bubble pool, each with sun loungers and parasols (all pools are open approx. from 20.05.-15.09., 1 of them the whole season as heated, 2 of the pools are alternately closed 1 day/week each for cleaning). Water park GARDEN (open from the beginning of June to the beginning of September) with 3 pools, 2 slides, children's pool, bubble bath.

Interior

"Super 3", 4-room mobile home 32 m2, on the upper ground floor. Object suitable for 6 adults. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, dining table, kitchen corner and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (70 cm). Kitchenette (Gas stove, 4 gas rings, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Terrace 9 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: safe, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
