Beautiful, cosy apartment block "Vista del Mar". 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach, south facing position. For shared use: large terraced garden, swimming pool kidney-shaped (8 x 5 m, depth 100 - 175 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 01.Nov. pool opening hours: 10:00-20:00). Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool. In the house: washing machine. Sports harbour 17 km, marina 17 km, golf course (18 hole) 25 km, surf school 17 km, sailing school 17 km, tennis 1.5 km.
