Timber house "Weitsicht". In the resort 2 km from the centre of Oberweissbach, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the countryside. Private: small garden 25 m2 with lawn. Available: bicycles (3) (extra). Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Access to the house on the ground floor (access from the car park via 15 steps). On request and after consulting the sauna for 2 person in the owner's house 20m can be used (5 € / person). Top floor: (steep stair), 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. Shower/WC. Solar energy heating. Solar power. Large terrace 36 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: children's high chair, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The bathroom is at the ground floor with underfloor heating. The bedroom is in the attic with a place to sit and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and Schwarzatal.
