A well equipped villa (built in 2006) on the beach of Pieni Jormasjärvi, Sotkamo. Living area 80 m². Own beach, boat. Well equipped kitchen, livingroom with fireplace. Two separate bedrooms, both with bed for two. Toilet, shower, sauna (wooden heated). Terrace. There is a barbeque place on the beach. Extra: Plug for a car. Internet access.child equipment: high chair and travel bed Sotkamo 15 km, Kajaani 30 km, Holiday Club Katinkulta Spa ja Golf 10.6 km. A child friendly beach. Peacefull location by the shore of a lake surrounded by pine forest. Here you are able to fish, hunt, pick berries and mushrooms, go rowing with a boat to the lake and calm yourself in the heart of a beautifull Finnish nature. In the winter time depending on the snow conditions there is a 2-5 km long ski track in the area. Check in at 4 pm and check out at 12 noon, also in every weekend bookings. Price includes final cleaning and bedlinen. NOTE: Pets are not allowed!
