45 km north of Joensuu, Hiekkalampi pool 5 m, shallow and deep shore, soft sanded mud bottom, own boat. Wooden cottage 2007, living room/kitchen living room/kitchen, bedroom with 3 beds, bedroom with 2 beds + an extra bed, sauna (electric stove), washroom, dressing room, open porch. Cottage suitable for families, on shore of pool. Pool is stocked with salmon, roach and perch. Owner sells strawberries. Two bicycles are included in the rent. Several nature trails and ski trails in vicinity. Mushroom and berry forests next to cottage. Nearest neighbour is located on the other side of the pool. The owner can prepare cross country ski track in the vicinity of the cottage, if agreed in advance and weather/snow conditions are good enough. Kolinportti 22 km, Koli 24 km (there are for exaple 30-60 km Herajärven-kierros -hiking tours in Koli and Koli-Lieksa boat trips). Joensuu 45 km, Kontiolahti 26 km. Check in/out Friday.
