110 km north of Rovaniemi, cottage located high up Yli-Luosto slope in peaceful cottage environment. Log-panaled cottage 2004, living room/kitchen, bedroom (folding door) double bed, sleeping loft with 2 sleeping alcoves separated with curtains (other with 150 cm bed, other with 120 cm and 80 cm wide beds), sauna (electric stove), washroom, balcony, open porch. Underfloor heating in the vestibule and bathroom. Cosy cottage in middle of old forest. Beautiful wide landscape. Car shelter and warm ski maintence room with ski maintenance rack available. There is 3 km long skiing track about 100 m from the cabin (depending on the snow conditions). Official maintained ski trails 4 km. Connecting ski track to Pyhä Luosto´s public ski track network 200 m from the cottage will be open when snow conditions allow it. Luosto's main slopes 8 km, as also Luosto's hotels, restaurants and programme packages. From serviceman can be rented smoke sauna by arrangement 500 m. Swimming facilities in the pond. Amethyst mine 15 km. Pyhä-Luosto National Park approx. 200 m, cottage forms an excellent base for hiking and day trips. Sodankylä and Pyhätunturi 35 km.
