20 km north-west of Oulu, Perämeri/Bay of Bothnia (sea) 300 m, shallow, hard sandy seashore, shared with cottage in outdoor recreation area, no boat. Wooden chalet 2004, living room/kitchen, bedroom doublebed, sleeping loft (12 m²) 2 beds and convertible sofa/ bed for two, washroom, changing room, sauna ('Ever-ready' elec. stove), open porch. Chalet located in Virpiniemi outdoor recreation area, which has many summer cottages. This area offers good, wide-ranging opportunities for hobbies, e.g. horse riding opportunities 2 km away, ski trails in area, sports field, tennis courts and (indoor) gymnasium. Swimming shore ideal for children. Other cottages between chalet and seashore, path to seashore. Virpiniemi area also has Virpihovi café serving lunches, distance 0.5 km. There are child safety gates upstairs and downstairs. Dishwasher is small.
