37 km north of Hämeenlinna, L.Iso-Roine 20 m (length 8 km, width 2 km) shallow, hard sand/rocky bottom, not suitable for very small children, pier and rowing boat. Log cottage 1999, kitchen, living room 2 extra beds, 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each, upstairs bedroom 4 beds, sleeping loft 2 extra beds, sauna, washroom (wc and shower), porch. Air source heat pump. Spacious, comfortable log cottage on shore of Lake Iso-Roine. Level plot, which is mainly grassy. From level plot a steep slope to shore. Steps down to shore, which end as a jetty. On same large plot cottages 8414 - 8426. Altogether, 120 people can be accommodated in these cottages at a time. On the 2.5 hectare meadow area between the 'baron's castle' (8426) and shore there is Mediaeval-style competition, and other, equipment which can be used under supervision. Area also has badminton and volley ball courts as well as private 21-hole disc golf course (discs and guidance for additional fee). Many ski trails in area, also horse riding (e.g. on Iceland horses), fishing from boats and multi-purpose raft, canoeing. Guided fishing and crayfish fishing trips by arrangement (1,700 hectare fishing area on Lake Iso-Roine). Motor boats and raft for rent. Snowshoe treks by arrangement. Farm has own 7 hectare nature reserve. Forest cabin with tepee kitchen can be used in forest close to cottage. Service in English, German, Russian, Swedish and Estonian.
