There are 5 fireplaces in the cottage! Snowmobile port. Lakeshore sauna (15 m²) with dressing room and open porch, sauna has cauldron, electric light and heating. Lakeshore sauna can be used year around. There is DVD/karaoke equipment. On the plot there is a dog compound which clients can use. Silverlog cottage in ridge area, gentle slope to shore. Sunny plot and clear watered lake which has good fishing possibilities. 5 fish net permits included in rent. Use of 8 pair of crosscountry skis and boots and 3 pair of snowshoes included in the rent. Water in the tap comes from own well and contains manganese, which causes taste and smell into water. Owner brings drinking water. ATTN. New cottage will be built in the neighborhood until the end of August 2020. However, there won't be any noise from the construction work anymore. Yard and pier are going to be ready until the end of September 2020. Neighbor won't be visible from the terrace and only a little from the pier.
