140 km north-west of Kuopio, L. Koivujärvi 30 m (length 10 km, width 3 km), shallow water, sand bottom, pier, own boat. Log cottage 2002, living room/ kitchen convertible sofa, 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each, washroom, dressing room, sauna (elec. stove), open porch. Peaceful spot, neighbours not visible. Lake Koivujärvi has a good stock of pike, perch and pikeperch. Price of the cottage includes fishing permits for the lake Koivujärvi (fishing management fee should be paid by the client). The owner borrows fishing nets and traps and additionally rents outboard motor for the boat (Honda 2,2 hp). By a separate agreement possible to rent a hot tub (heated by wood) on wheels. (in summertime). On the other side of the lake (3 km by boat and 7 km by car) there is a summer terrace, which is open during summer weekends.
