Karaoke-equipment and wine cabinet. Ideal also for two or three families. Satellite TV. Shore shallow, suitable for children, shore faces south. Plot is level and spacious area with grass. Owner rents out an outboard motor and bicycles. Nearest 'neighbour' is smoke sauna (40 m) which can be rented from owner, next nearest neighbour is 220 m away. Volleyball court and ping-pong table at summer time. Meal services available from the owner. The destination can be booked without a predetermined exchange day also in summer time.
