House in a peaceful location, 5 km from Paljakka ski resort. Built in 1970 and completely renovated. Two bedrooms, one with bunk bed and another with double bed, fully equipped kitchen, living room, sauna and washroom with WC. Large yard area that ends in an open field on one side and a forest terrain on the other side. Old forest at the end of a stone's throw. Fishy river Latvajoki within a kilometer. Walking distance (1km) to the horse stable and husky farm (sled dog ride) Nature point. The owner knows the waterways and forests of the area and will gladly guide you. There is enough space in the yard, that you can turn with a trailer. Two separate bedrooms, not located side-by-side. Tap water comes from a nearby spring. There is no TV or Internet. Weekend reservations are valid from Friday at 16:00 to Sunday at 12:00. Final cleaning and bed linen can be purchased separately. Oulu approx. 170 km, Kajaani 60 km (airport). The nearest train station is in Kontiomäki, 40 km distance.
