Chalet on plot on slope, with level grassed yard on both the land side and the shore side. The next-door neighbor is rental villa 5139 (distance 40 m), other neighbours are more far away. Shore path is fringed with many fine large ostrich ferns. In the farm area there is also a WWF-type landscaped meadow and a forest lean-to approx. 100 m from the cottage. Good fishing waters. For rent, boat with motor and an Indian canoe. Owner has share in Aulankogolf course 18 km, several other golf courses within a 30-km radius. Two horse riding stables 15 km. Sappee Ski Resort 35 km.
