Livingroom/kitchen, three bedrooms each with two separate beds, loft (7 m²) with four separate beds, electric sauna, shower/toilet and separate toilet. Basement level: utility room +toilet, heated garage, ski maintenance space. Please notice that there is no fireplace. Good quality row-house apartment located in Iso-Ylläs area near Condola and Restaurant Taiga. Location ideal for hiking and winter sports with skiing tracks and ski lifts only a few ski-pole pushes away. No pets allowed. Bed linen available for rent. Basement floor is partly unfinished and not in official use, but can be used if wanted.
