In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 800 m, restaurant, bakery 600 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "postal" 300 m. Gondola lift 900 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet 4 Vallées 900 m.

Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Heating. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC, double hand-basin. Balcony, east facing position, large terrace, east facing position, garden 500 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley.
