Private: garden 600 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: heating available only from 01.11. to 07.04., bicycles available (extra). Motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises.
