The house is part of a modern, newly built development and is quietly and centrally located at the bus stop "unter dem Berg", about 10 minutes walk from the Hohsaas valley station. It is particularly suitable for guests who appreciate comfort and are looking for a relaxing holiday in Saas-Grund. On request, our guests can optionally book breakfast or half board (breakfast and dinner à la carte) with their stay (for at least 2 consecutive days, bookable at least 2 days before arrival). Every evening, a high-quality, freshly prepared and regional 3-course menu is delivered directly to the holiday flat. This can be heated at any time. And best of all: we do the washing up for you! In addition, the fridge is filled with the ingredients for a balanced, regional breakfast on the day of arrival. Bread is delivered fresh daily to your holiday apartment door. Enjoy carefree holidays in summer and winter on the Saas hiking and biking routes or on the nearby skiing and cross-country skiing trails in the Saas Valley. Dogs welcome. 4 1/2 room apartment on the ground floor. Quiet apartment (non-smoking) with outdoor seating, in 10 minutes walk from the cable car station Hohsaas away. The modern apartment for a maximum of six people is comfortable and lovingly furnished. The three separate bedrooms each have a double bed with two separable beds (each 1.80m wide in total). On request, the sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed (1.40m wide). The bathrooms (with shower / WC and bath / WC) and the kitchen (including dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine) are fully equipped. In addition, the apartment has a wardrobe and a generous built-in wardrobes. Free WiFi, a private car park or carport (free), ski room, bike room, lockable locker and private, lockable basement and a laundry room for common use complete the offer. Dogs welcome.
