In the district of Kliening, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 400 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property. In the house: with TV, WiFi, hydro massage bath, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Bumpy motor access to the grounds (via unmade road, ramp). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 15 km, restaurant 1 km, lake Längssee 35 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, chair lift 450 m, slopes, ski rental 200 m. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztörl 2 km, Klettergarten 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Längssee 35 km, Klopeinersee 60 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavantaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Self-service machine for food and everyday necessities in 500m. Due to the geographical location on the mountain, Internet reception cannot be guaranteed continuously and is heavily dependent on the weather.
