Property composed of main house and outbuilding 7 km from the centre of Valledoria, 22 km from the centre of Castelsardo, 52 km from the centre of Sassari, in a secluded, sunny position, 7 km from the sea, 150 m from the river, situated at the foot Coghinas, in the countryside. Private: large garden with wildlife garden and trees, meadow, courtyard, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.).
