Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the district of Sorbugnano 4 km from the centre of Riparbella, 11 km from the centre of Cecina, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 12 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 2 ha, terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (13 x 5 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 13.May. - 14.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-20:00).
