Private: property 5'000 m2, garden 400 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 19.Sep.) with internal staircase.
