Private: natural state property 800 m2. In the house: air conditioning. 100 m long steep motor access to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Grocery 5 km, shopping centre 15 km, bakery 5 km, sandy beach "Plage de Santa Giulia" 15 km. Sports harbour 15 km.
